House rules

ForeheadVCR is a community-run site. Using it means agreeing to these rules; they exist so the place stays worth visiting.

Who can join

Anyone with a Discord account that meets Discord's own age requirements. One membership per person. Impersonating someone else — a real person, a critic, a studio — is grounds for removal.

Be Kind & Rewind

• Disagree about films as hard as you like. Do not attack people.
• No harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content involving minors — ever.
• No spam, scams, or advertising. Movie nights are for movies.
• Mark spoilers. Reviews and comments have a spoiler switch; use it.
• Keep other people's private information private.

Your words, your shelf

You own what you write. By posting it here you let ForeheadVCR display and distribute it as part of the site — on your profile, in feeds, in movie-night threads, and in the ForeheadVCR Discord when a night is public. You can edit or delete your reviews, comments and lists at any time, and deleting your membership removes them.

Moderation

Every review, comment, list, event and message can be reported. Moderators may remove content, warn, suspend or ban memberships that break these rules, and will say why. Decisions can be appealed in the ForeheadVCR Discord.

The fine print

The site is provided as-is by volunteers, without warranties. Film data comes from third parties and may be wrong. These rules can change; material changes will be announced on the site and in Discord.
